BulkImagePro provides online image processing tools including but not limited to image resizing, compression, format conversion, and bulk downloading capabilities.
3. User Obligations
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes
- You are responsible for any content you upload or process through the Service
- You agree not to overload or disrupt the Service
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images as per your instructions. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
6. Service Limitations
- Maximum file size: 25MB per image
- Maximum batch processing: 50 files at once
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BulkImagePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
